A return to the finals would no doubt have please the tiger army who have come to expect nothing less of this great team. A roller coaster of a season that ultimately ended with a last minute loss to the Lions in the elimination final. The core of a dynasty team still remains at Tigerland and with the injection of Taranto and Hopper into the midfield there will be no excuses come September in 2023. The question that lingers over the Tigers heading into next season is whether this once airtight defense can be returned to premiership levels and salute once more.
