It's the Triple Whammy time of year! "What's that?", you ask? It's the time of year between November 24th & January 2nd , that encompasses 3 of the biggest "holidays" on the planet! At least that's the way I think of this time of year ;) If your anything like me, and I'm pretty sure there's at least a few of you who are, then this time of year can be pretty emotionally overwhelming. SO many expectations, along with equal let downs... SO many perspectives regarding what this time of year is about, that I often find myself losing focus on what it actually means to me. In this episode I share my own experience with trying to maintain something that resembles an "attitude of gratitude" during the "Holiday Season", along with some of the practices that help pull me out of the pit when I inevitably fall in from time to time ;) If you struggle at all with the so called "Most Wonderful Time Of The Year", then perhaps this episode will help pull you back to center and regain the focus and footing necessary to not fall into a pit of despair, or at the very least help you OUT of that pit ;) Here's to us finding AND maintaining attitudes of Gratitude & Acceptace, along with feeling Joy & Serenity, one day at a time, by relieving ourselves of the defeating message that this time of year is any different than the rest of the year.
