"Let go? Are you mad?!" That was surely my thought process for a good portion of my life, and still can be at times, BUT I'm getting better at embracing the process AND truly understanding that it IS the way to freedom. The last few years of my life have been filled with many opportunites to let go, especially the last 6 months. And albeit I would have preferred to NOT have had to go through such a challenging time in life, I can honestly say that I'd rather grow through the shit, than just sit in the shit ;)Do you struggle with letting go? If not, PLEASE contact me and let me know how YOU do it!! And if you do struggle, then perhaps you'll find some comfort and hope in hearing how I'm learning to grow through the practice of letting go, rather than clawing onto what was while being dragged forward at the same time :)
