Despite being active growing up, Teresa's "horrible diet of fast food and junk" lead to several serious medical issues. She faced multiple surgeries, several medications and a poor quality of life; She lived in a cycle of depression, junk, and inactivity. But Teresa is another example of how one documentary, "Forks Over Knives," can change a life. Join us today, as she shares her journey of the issues she faced, and how she mended her path and got back to active; Back To Better!
