  1. What is mindset and how is it formed? How to create a strong Belief system.
  2. How can our mindset either torpedo our purpose or take us to the next level?
  3. Whether you believe your life is amazing, mediocre or crappy, your mindset determines what you believe is possible. What actionable steps can we take to transform our mind if the circumstances don’t change?
  4. How can we reset our mindset?
  5. What areas of our lives should we eliminate or be watchful of as it pertains to our daily mental health?
