There has never been a more promising time for MS research and care. With advancements in treatments and diagnostics, we are moving closer to a future where MS is not only manageable but potentially curable. Stay hopeful and proactive in managing your health.

I have a thing called MS Selfie. It stands for MS Self Management. Now, there’s a newsletter that’s on Substack. They can register for that. And then there’s a microsite. That’s a curated site for people for self-management. I usually do one or two newsletters a week.
