Brandon Leopoldus is a California based attorney helping athletes and entrepreneurs maximize opportunities for life-long success. He is the general counsel to athletes and entrepreneurs. He works with clients' teams of agents, managers, accountants, and other professionals to craft unique legal strategies to safeguard client’s assets and interests. He works with each business client to determine improvements to their current business model to maximize the revenue and implement a legal plan tailored to each business. His focus is making sure the legal strategy meshes with the company's business and advertising strategies while being easy to understand. Leopoldus is a regular speaker nationwide on sports law and business topics. He earned his Bachelors at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, and his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is a member of the California Bar, the American Bar Association, and is a Regional Captain for the Sports Lawyers Association, a board member of the National Sports Law Negotiation Competition, and Grab a Ball and Play - a non-profit providing sports balls to underprivileged youth across the United States.
