Here’s a harsh truth:

Getting old sucks. But it’s a reality you can't ignore or escape from.

It’s easier to get hurt. You feel more sore more often. Little aches and pain become more pronounced and harder to ignore. Your energy and motivation declines.

But worst of all: You can’t workout like you used to when you were younger (unless you want to injure yourself).
