Did you know 8 out of 10 plant-based people are female, and 5 out of 6 people who go meat-free end up going back? What about the fact that the estrogen found in animals is identical to human estrogen, whereas plant estrogen is entirely different from the human form? Or that over the past 20 yrs in over 50 clinical trials on the use of soy in the alleviation of hot flashes, a meta-analysis shows a significant, measurable reduction in menopausal symptoms?

James is the producer and narrator of The Game Changers, the most-viewed documentary of all time, showcasing the dramatic rise of plant-based eating in professional sports!

(He is best known for winning Season 9 of The Ultimate Fighter and serves as a combatives trainer for government agencies, including the US Marshals, US Marines, and US Navy SEALs. Holy hell, right?)

He spent over 7 years researching everything there was to know about a plant-based diet, and let me tell you, it shows! He is brilliant and shared some shocking information that I know you will LOVE.

(My husband went fully plant-based after watching this documentary. It is mind-blowing!)
