Kristy Lark Booth is one of only a handful of second generation distillers in Australia.
Having initially decided to become an air-traffic controller, she took followed the path of her parents, Lyn and Bill Lark and founded Killara Distillery.
She was recently awarded a Churchill Fellowship grant to research botanical gardens overseas.
She founded the Australian Women in Distilling Association in 2018 and is the current president.
