My guest this week is Ally Ayres. Ally and her husband Nick launched Karu Distillery in 2018, producing gin, rum and vodka. Ally has quickly become one of Australia’s most talented distillers. In 2021 in Karu’s Lightning gin took out the Trophy for Best Contemporary Gin at the prestigious International Wines & Spirits Competition in London.
