Long gone is the much beloved Function Brewing, but also gone is the original Metal Works Brewing that replaced it as part of the Endeavor/WOW group. Now on 6th street, just east of the Square, is Metal Works Brewing under its new ownership with a revived focus on great beer, delicious eats, and community involvement. Owner Adam Sulinski joins the podcast with Executive Chef Jason Tait and they let us know why they decided to keep the brand despite it's initially less-than-favorable reputation, their passion for scratch food, and why they closed for their first week just to do a floor-to-ceiling deep clean of the space.
