To answer that question we’re diving deep into the minds of two extraordinary leaders in the retail industry. CEO of Le Bon Marché in Paris, Patrice Wagner, and Chairman and CEO of the Selfridges Group in London, André Maeder. Both of these guys began their careers in retail working on the shop floor; selling face-to-face with customers. They each rose through the ranks at some of the most prestigious department stores in the world, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and expertise suitable now to uphold the legacies of the aforementioned Le Bon Marché in Paris and Selfridges in London.
