Setting goals and targets is not something new to people, however the motives or reasoning behing whatever gol or target you have can make all the difference. It can be the determining factor of wheter you win or fail and that motive is your Anchor. An Anchor will be the reason why you do what you do, and this has to be bigger than just you getting a cheque, the bigger your anchor the bigger the reason to fight all forms of adversity to see it through.
