Are you addicted to sugar? I will be the first to raise my hand and admit that sugar has been at the core of my hormonal issues as well as my health issues…and I have definitely lied to myself about it…A LOT. It’s no secret that sugar is in everything AND that it causes a pretty big inflammatory response that throws our hormones into a tailspin…especially during perimenopause.
