Have you heard the saying “your dreams don’t work unless you do?” Or “hustle harder”? These are motivational sayings that we have heard as women for our entire lives. But what if you are barely keeping life afloat, exhausted, hardly sleeping, not feeling like yourself…how do you work harder. Digging deep can be so important to achieving the life that you want, however how much Grit is TOO much Grit?

There are times when grit isn’t the right thing. When you need to take one step back to be able to leap forward into your dreams and I had to have the incredible Andrea Herbert from Gold Ivy Health Co. mother of 3, wife, entrepreneur and a woman who inspires me with her goal of running a marathon in all 50 states onto the show to share her wisdom. Andrea juggles a lot and has found a method to achieve all that her heart desires while keeping burnout in check. Along with her partner Brooke, she has coached thousands of women to embody the highest version of themselves, whether their goal is to build confidence, boost their metabolism, find more joy, or run a marathon.
