Look at the phasing plan so you know how many times you will have to move your equipment in and out of the jobsite. There could be weeks between phases of mobilization. Look at where the project is located. There is a big difference between a city project and a rural project. Make sure you understand everything that the project will entail from a mobilization standpoint and bid appropriately for that part of the job.
