Energy means a whole host of different things. It's physical, emotional, and mental, and their various kinds. In this episode, Alexis and Mehreen talk about how you control the energy you are bringing into the world—and how you can generate any energy you choose. Not only that, but you are responsible for it, too.

Alexis and Mehreen dive deep into what energy is all about and how you can take control of it. Energy is very contagious, right? We've all had that experience where maybe we're up, or we’re down, and somebody comes and shifts our energy, either in a good or bad way. That's why you have to figure out what you need to do to get your energy back on course. You have to understand that creating boundaries and practicing a couple of simple exercises will have you generate and maintain the energy you want for yourself.

How do you go from one activity to another, reset and recharge, and make sure you have the right energy? How do you become intentional about who, what, and when to bring what point you want to take? How do you stay in tune with your body? We challenge you to sit down and think about these things.
