We go all the way back to their goal of that elusive GC and hear about the team's new goals for next year. David is an incredible teacher of all things BBQ, and we find out about his classes as well. We talk about 2022, and what is in store for 2023. David tells us his take on where the state of BBQ is right now in MN. We are very lucky to have met David and the team, we enjoyed samples at Minnesota in May and now today some fabulous jerk turkey!
