In this episode the wildrunners are joined by Spartan Race UK Age Group racer and Hyrox competitor Wendy aka @williamsjnr01 . Wendy is a prime example of age is just a number, she has absolutely smashed her season so far and has been rewarded with her hard work smashing her training that she gets sent by Team Grit. She has recently just won her age group in the spartan race uk regional series and bagged a 2nd place in Hyrox. Wendy also gives back to ocr where she can often be found volunteering at events.
