An absolute pleasure to welcome Joe Brightman on the podcast.
I first met Joe at The Coach Convention . I saw him speak there and I thought, oh, this is an interesting dude. After, I started following him and we began chatting! When I saw he had moved to Dubai I had to get him on the pod.
Joe is an IFBB Pro Classic Physique Bodybuilder who is also a full time online coach & founder of ‘Team Brightman’ who shares a lot of his journey via social media.
