Today we’re going to continue discussing self-care in the form of healthy breathing habits. Many of our followers are undergoing stress from trying to conceive, detoxing from toxic exposures, or just their everyday lives.
A lot of people can help offset that stress by breathing through it. If you think about it, when we’re stressed, we bunch up our fingers, clench our jaws, and bring our shoulders up to our ears.
All of this causes us to hold our breath and create even more tension. That’s why we’ve invited Stacy Cohen to our IG Live today.
