Talking with film-maker, author and musician Jamie Catto about shadow work and the creative process. While you may know Jamie from Faithless, I was particularly interested in his spiritual guidance and share our mutual adoration of Ram Dass, about whom Jamie produced and directed his latest documentary Becoming Nobody. Ten minutes into the podcast, Jamie guides me through a meditation in shadow work; dealing with my inner critic and persistent feeling of not (being) good enough.
