Did you know that F*ck It Season is upon us?
You know...the time of year when you hear yourself saying things like "This is all too much - I'm just going to eat whatever I want and try again in January."
Sound familiar? It's one of the most common things I hear around this time of year.
And I get it.
We're SO busy. Every time we turn around, another thing is being asked of us and our to-do list is never-ending. Focusing on ourselves and our weight feels like just one more chore.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
Because completely saying "F it" and overeating until January only leads to you feeling terrible. And it often leads to you starting yet another year punishing yourself with yet another restrictive diet.
But on this week's episode, I'm showing you how to turn "F*ck It Season" around. There are so many simple, easy, doable ways to take care of yourself this holiday season. There are so many ways to make weight loss feel almost effortless - like self-care not punishment.
