The political scene in Kenya isn't exactly fair when it comes to male and female candidates. And, it's a lot worse for young women who face a lot of violence simply because they are female and therefore considered vulnerable, primarily online. Plus, they are expected to meet higher leadership standards than their male counterparts. And don't get us started about access to funding.
