Today we start our 6 week series: Back to School, Back to Health (BTS/BTH) and I can't be more excited to dive into each week's topic with you!
This week is all about Setting YOU up for Inevitable Success.
How do you do that? Clear the Clutter to make room for the new plan, new habit, new life.
In order to be successful with any goal, you must prioritize it. We tend to do the same things everyday, these are our habits. OR our schedules are so packed with work and home activities, that we can't squeeze another thing in.
Make room now for YOU! No matter what your health goal is, you are the only one who can make it happen. You are the only one who can prioritize the time, energy and space to take a walk, meal prep, go to a pilates class, lift weights, meditate.
Each week I will give you homework to take steps toward your success.
Your Homework this week is to Clear the Clutter. Pick one space or one area of your life to make room for your health choice, habit or lifestyle.
