Oh girl how I am ready for Friday! How about you?

I can’t wait to share with you one of my fav topics today on the podcast: LEGACY!

But what does this have to do with finding freedom from disordered eating patterns and behaviors? Well, it’s so important that you develop your “why” in recovery, so that you push yourself to leave behind the best version of yourself one day to those who love you!

You see, you have a choice right now sister, do you want to stay trapped in the cycle of disordered eating, or do you want to become transformed into who you were made to be?

If there is a gap from where you are now to where and who you want to be in the future, today's podcast episode is FOR YOU!

You are not your body.

You are not your things.

You are not your problems.

You are not your past.

You are not your fears.

You are not your unhealthy relationship with food.

In Episode 170.5, I talk about leaving a LEGACY. I discuss laying down false ideals and beliefs, so that you can reclaim your life, and make it worth living, while you still have the time.

Freedom is yours sweet friend!

The truth is...people remember how you make them feel, not how your body looks or what size your pants are.

The truth is...when you put your head on your pillow each night, only you can be proud of you and make the daily choice to rise again the next morning, fierce and ready to take action against those obsessive thoughts inside of your head.

The truth is...all of us will leave a legacy behind one day. What will yours be?

Be remembered for the things that matter. (Unlike the number on the scale.)
