Today we're talking all things ADHD - What is ADHD, how is it different in boys and girls, and why more women in their 20s and 30s are being diagnosed with ADHD then EVER before.
When we look at the menstrual cycle and estrogen and progesterone changes, it's easy to see the patterns that can impact ADHD symptoms, and when we know what to expect, it's easier to manage symptoms with lifestyle.
I'm sharing my take on why I think ADHD symptoms are on the rise, and why I choose not to seek an ADHD diagnosis for myself - and what I'm doing instead.
