Why do we have thoughts about ourselves in such a negative way? Who's controlling who sometimes are thoughts or reality?

I know for me lately that I am even going back to my childhood and seeing the ripple effect of something that came forward which was a decision my parents made but it affected me through my life even now. I hope this example of my life of how a thought can creep into our knowing even back as a child not knowing exactly what was going on but we gained hay belief and a thought that came along with that.

Today I'm hoping to bring in a perspective and a perception that I hope can help you come into and a perception that I hope can help you come into a truer sense of who you are and are meant to be.
