Liana gives us her experience and perspective on building a powerful vision, ruthless focus on what will help achieve that vision, and how to manage yourself and your stress through that difficult work. We seek to understand how transformational this can be, and how to make that transformation using it. Liana also shares with us how difficult it can get as an entrepreneur personally, and how that vision helped her work her way out of that challenging situation.

Liana Wilson-Fricker is a California-bred optimist who has worked with internationally renowned brands across numerous sectors. She is an entrepreneur, marketing expert and business leader. Her creative flair for entrepreneurship has led her to be an advocate for start-up founders and is driven by the importance of intersectionality across business and gender equality.
In 2018 Liana launched The Inspiration Space which is a community for Founders and ambitious ‘Companies of One.’ It is a place for new beginnings, acceleration, or scale where people solve problems quickly - without judgment using tried and tested methods. Known as the Inspirer-In-Chief to her colleagues and peers, Liana is a problem-solver and visionary who has helped over 150 entrepreneurs transform their business dreams into realities.
