It's the New Year, which means it's time for resolutions! But guess what? research has found that most resolutions don't work. In this video, I'm sharing with you all the reasons why most New Year's resolutions don't work. From the simple fact that we make them at the wrong time of year to the fact that we set too many unrealistic goals, these reasons are all too common. But don't worry. Because in this video, I'm giving you a roadmap for creating resolutions that will actually work. So whether you're trying to lose weight, quit smoking, or improve your productivity, this video is for you. And trust me, resolutions don't have to be hard -- you can achieve ------------------- PETE ISIP IS NOT A LICENSED PRACTITIONER! Pete's mission is to make sure that no one must go through what he has gone through regarding Mental Health, Bipolar, Depression, Eating Disorders, Suicidal thoughts/attempts, and Psychiatric Issues.
