What would you do in a moment of self-pity? Would you instead go along with the pity party or steer yourself away and focus on something else?

Most people would pick the latter option, but there lay our twist. Our guest for today's episode, an amazingly talented manager and leader and the GM/ Managing Director at Currys Business, however, chose the former. In her spectacular career, which included 7 years of working with the e-commerce giant Amazon, Molly Dobson decided to stick with the former option and allowed herself to feel pity whenever things went downhill. For her, accepting herself for everything she is and everything she will be, was and is incredibly important.

In today's episode, she breaks down the amazing professional journey she's had, not stumbling over challenges, choosing to continually improve her skills, and sticking with her ambition even during the most tiring of times.
