This episode, inspired by James Clear's book Atomic Habits, discusses:
1) Everyone wants a magic pill, the high-risk thing to get to the "THERE" now, but what does that mean, and how much pleasure do we experience now while we plan for our "there"? What's the overall intention in our life now while we "wait"?
2) To change and grow, we must get through the challenge; the body attests to it because even it grows as we stress a muscle.
3) We get bored quickly, so it's essential to set a goal, see a positive change slowly, and keep motivated for the long-term goal
4) We can forge a new identity, and if we can change our habits, we can change our lives and BECOME whomever we choose to be.
