Rachael Wilde is co-founder & Head of Marketing for acne focused, science backed, Aussie skincare brand, tbh Skincare. Rachael co-founded the company with her mother, Bridget, about 2.5 years ago, when she was just 22 years old. Since then Rachael has built the tbh brand and community to encompass more than 11,000+ customers, 18,000+ orders, and over $1.5M in pure e-commerce revenue.

Her passion for building brands from a marketing perspective, Rachael never had the aspiration to create her own company, but evidentially the opportunity arrived at her door. Driven by passion and self belief. Being a Co founder with her mother brings up a level of vulnerability ( familiarity) and heights of resilience that most founders only imagine to experience, and the sped up requirement of emotional development and the deep challenges of setting boundaries that comes along with it is a huge element of why Rachel was able to build her brand, successfully raise equity and take her brand to a new level of success in under 2 financial years of launch.
