After your state approves your legal business name and issues a tax ID or employer ID number (EIN), you’ll need to open a business bank account to track your finances accurately. This effort ensures that all business-related expenses are easily managed and utilized for tax purposes.
Only after these steps are in place should you focus on obtaining insurance, as your agent will need your business details for accurate coverage.
