Over the course of our Sales Throwdown podcast, we've talked many times on the importance of planning and having goals to help you achieve success. Where one person has a very specific idea of what accountability is and how it impacts their sales, the other doesn't really factor it into their sales process at all. But it doesn't mean it's not there. Owning your process, communicating with your team, journaling your activities, or finding an accountability partner; these are just some of the ways accountability can make you more successful.
