Wes sits down with Brent Vawter, Sr. Area Director of CBMC (Christian Business Men's Connection) to talk about the path of healthy and intentional leadership. Brent's role is focused on developing male leaders towards a redemptive path to shape culture at home and at work in healthy ways. As the Area Director for CBMC in Oklahoma, Brent gives strategic and operational support to the ever-growing network of Christian businessmen who are helping others find their identity in something greater than their work, while also finding greater meaning and purpose through their work. Brent creates connection-points for businessmen to find mentors, small groups and executive forums that will help them discover God's purpose for their lives and be fruitful with the responsibilities God has given them.
