Miscarriage is on the ballot. We are less than one week away from election day on November 5. Have you voted early yet?
Today's episode is a solo episode where I deep dive into the book writing process and detail where I am now in writing Never Healing Alone. I also discuss how miscarriage is on the ballot. After Roe v. Wade was overturned, the right to abortion access was left up to each state, which allowed states to ban abortion, or allowed existing abortion bans to become law, in places where Roe previously protected our rights. So, while the outcome of the presidential race could have a serious impact on abortion rights nationally, state candidates and ballot initiatives will also have a major influence over abortion access in specific states. Statewide ballot initiatives related to abortion access will be on the ballot in Nebraska, Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Vermont, Montana, South Dakota, Maryland, Colorado, and New York!
