Manage episode 349200050 series 2920048
Joining the show is Rachel Luna!
Rachel Luna is a self-made woman entrepreneur and the principal of Patriot Title, one of the few women-owned title businesses in Texas. Before she became the figure she is today, Luna grew up in a lower-income family and lived in poverty. Her first step into real estate however was not until after she graduated from high school and began working in receptionist and clerical positions. From there on, she worked her way up and is now a power player in the title real estate business, often referred to as the “Title Queen” for the way she has revolutionized the industry as a Latina in one of the biggest title markets in the country.
Serving clients in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and El Paso, Luna is an expert in real estate escrow and closing services and has over 20 years of real estate industry experience. Leading offices of managers around Texas, Luna takes a hands-on approach to encourage widespread efficiency and success. In addition, she is an entrepreneur with many side ventures including an event venue, ultrasound, and neuro-scanning business, a house-flipping business, and a real estate portfolio consisting of over 20 properties.
