211. Compare Yourself To Yourself

Comparing our insides to somebody else's outsides is a set up for failure. It is much more beneficial to compare ourselves with ourselves. Looking at our own personal growth path can be a helpful and inspiring tool. Looking deeply at who we are today and comparing that with the person we were last year, last decade or in childhood, is a powerful, encouraging tool for self assessment.
