QUOTES

Mark: "Spirituality is a part of how we think, how we act — putting rubber on road, so to speak. When we talk about you as an individual, your actions are guided by the spiritual world. They just are. That's nature, that's fact. To separate and say, well, I'm successful without that spiritual component is ego."

Mark: "The meaning of life is emotions. That is the only thing that you cannot get from the spiritual world because you have no physicality. To gain emotions, we must have our physical bodies because we need the chemistry. That's what creates emotion. Therefore when we talk about why we are here, we are here to learn emotions and ultimately to accomplish empathy."

Mark: "If you want to be happy, you'll be happy. If you really want it, you have in you the intent to be whatever you want. You can be angry, you can be stern, you can be all of those things, but you can also be happy."

Mark: "If you seek division, or distrust, or all of those negative things, you'll find them. Because they're everywhere. But if you seek peace, if you seek harmony, if you seek growth, you will find that too."
