My guest on this episode is former model turned professional boxer, Kate McLaren.
Kate was born and raised in Essex England and now lives in Sydney, Australia. She is trained by three time world champion Jeff Fenech and made her pro boxing debut in December 2021.
We discussed her not for profit organization, It's Her, which she created to support women and encourage healthy habits and mental health, her journey of becoming a professional boxer, how a little bit of kindness goes a long way, and more.

I apologize for the poor audio quality on my end, I realized AFTER we wrapped recording that the studio defaulted to using my airpods instead of my mic! And this was our second recording because my mixer ruined the last one!
