We all see the world through lens that is influenced by our life experience and most of all by our outlook.
It is really like a pair of glasses and you can change it. It is not you. You might mostly see the negative and scary part of life, but it is only because your "glasses" only help you see it.
Remove those glasses and put on a different pair, such as the "good glasses" and you will start to filter out most of the sad, upsetting and scary things and instead you will see the beauty and blessing in the situation.
Give yourself that gift and you will have so much more energy because life is good, when you see the good!!
