By the time she was 18, she was struggling with addiction to drugs and alcohol, using substances to manage her crippling anxiety and panic attacks. Desperate for help, she sought assistance from countless professionals but only found true sobriety at the age of 27. It wasn’t until she understood why she drank the way she did that she was finally able to stop. Her professional journey is as impressive as her personal one. Veronica became a psychotherapist at 30, and since then, she has: Run a rehab center, Worked with governments and private practice, Authored three influential books, and hosted the popular Soberful Podcast With over 24 years of sobriety under her belt!
