Rupen is based in Greenwich, dad of 4 so busy life, owner of Marstar Properties using the BRRR or sell model & newly formed City & Borough Estates Ltd with my business partner focusing on the Rent to Rent & acquisition’s model in London.
My business journey in a nutshell is from nearly bankrupt to a successful corporate career to full time property investor. I’d like to share some of my journey in my first year of investing including the up’s and down’s so that it may help some others in their journey, the education in property investing which has been one my best investments. & explain my creative deal that had several strategies within it and creating an ethical & happy ending win/win/win for all parties.
