In this week's episode of The Scarecrow Runner podcast I visit with Brodie Sharpe. Brodie lives in Melbourne, Australia where he is a physiotherapist, a published author with several articles and also the host of the Run Smarter Podcast. Brodie has a passion to help educate others in injury prevention, clear up misconceptions around running and ultimately help us to run smarter. In this episode we discuss several common injuries that athletes and runners experience and that he treats regularly and we dive into some misconceptions behind running and training.
