I see you…. You are that driven go getter girl… getting things done, having a list nearby, multitasking just because you always have … saying yes to things when you really want to say no for a change. Maybe you are even starting your day planning when you can crawl back into bed. (been there!)

In the process of putting others first have you lost a bit of yourself?

Are you smiling on the outside but dying a little bit more every day on the inside?
