We are excited to be joined by Ryan Allman in today’s episode. After 21 years of service in the U.S. military, Ryan is passionate about serving in various military and Veteran affiliated organizations. Today, he is the Operations Manager at Compeer of Lebanon County.

He offers insights into the often-overlooked struggles faced by veterans transitioning to civilian life, discussing the changing landscape around mental health, the importance of seeking help, and the power of community support.

Ryan Allman:

Ryan is a transplant to the area and is happy and proud to call Lebanon County home. His family of 5 is excited to let their roots grow as they settle in after a 21-year career in the United States Military. His experience is supported by 3+ years of community volunteering with various military and Veteran affiliated organizations, a Psychology degree from PSU, and a continued education towards a master’s in social work. Ryan is honored and privileged to work within the community and at Compeer supporting mental health and wellness.
