Today's episode is an extremely powerful and insightful conversation with my friend Jennifer Skaw. If you have found yourself STRUGGLING with anxiety, depression, or high levels of stress - this episode is for YOU. Jennifer does a phenomenal job painting the picture of possibility for your mind and your health when you intentionally focus on God's truth. Her insights come from her own research and story of overcoming anxiety and depression as someone diagnosed with type 2 bipolar. This conversation was so good we went on for over an hour. SO, this is part one of two. In the second half, Jennifer talks about her journey through overcoming eating disorders and the all or nothing mentality. God has used this hardship to show her how powerful His Word is to transform lives and bring us into deep genuine fellowship with Him. God’s Word has become her every answer.
