For this first episode, I reached out to a person I’ve been friends with since we were 12. Few people know me as well as Cy Serrano, so our conversation was natural and fun and also covered new territory, where even after 25 years of friendship, he still surprised and impressed me. We discussed what being intentional actually means, and why it is so important to anything that we do; why his mantra in life includes being present and maintaining what he calls “radical authenticity;” and ultimately, why he loves both trashy reality TV and dancing.
